We took this massive, custom built rock crawler in on trade from a friend of mine and I happily took it home to my cabin as my new summer toy! I neglected to really discuss this decision with my wife and our 8 month old baby girl. Reality quickly set in, I will not get to play with this beast this summer the way I had originally (foolishly) hoped. Here is your chance to own 5000 lbs of twisted steel and sex appeal for a fraction of what it would cost to build a rig like this from scratch! This is a very specialized, pro built rock crawler, it does not and will not drive, steer, handle, track, turn, stop or react like any "normal" street driven automobile. This Jeep is not for the faint of heart, it's not a grocery getter, it's not a highway vehicle, it's not a toy for your 15 year old son/daughter and it's not for amateurs! Though its been driven cross country to Moab and back a couple time with no problems, this rig was constructed with the intention of being trailered to and from the trailhead. The paint is not perfect, the inside of the doors, door jambs and under the hood are still yellow, there are places where the overspray from the last paint job could be cleaned off, there are lots of little things that could be done to improve the cosmetics of you so desired. Could probably use a minor tune up after sitting in my garage all winter. Needs a little TLC here and there but the overall mechanical condition of the engine, running gear, body etc is excellent. This is a very unique, very specialized 4X4 vehicle and I would prefer that you ask a lot of questions via email or phone rather than guess, bid and be disappointed later.
