For sale is a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP 2 door. This is the supercharged 3.8 litre engine. This car runs and drives good, but has a handfull of small mechanical issues and needs some body work as well. I will try to describe the good and bad the best I can. First off the car is really solid with the exception on two places. The edge of the trunklid is starting to show some rust. Also, the sheetmetal support under the driver side rocker extension is rusted. The floors and underside of the car is great. no rust in wheel wells or fenders. The car has a good leather interior. The drivers seat shows some wear but has no rips or tears. the other seats are perfect. The driver seat is heated power seat. The car has the Bose stereo, but the cassette player does not work and the trunk mounted CD changer is gone.The wiring is there and the controls, including the steering wheel mounted radio controls work fine. The car has heads up display and climate control. Power windows, locks, mirrors, and sunroof. three of the tires are like brand new, could use one tire. The trunk panel the covers the spare tire could use replaced. The car needs parking brake cables and the parking brake shoe on the drivers side. The heat and a/c work well, but needs a new blower motor. All the glass is good, no chips or cracks. The drivers side quarter panel is dented and the driver side tail light lens needs replaced. Could use new mufflers. Car has a new battery, cam sensor, and engine pulleys and belts. The front wheel hubs were replaced less than 10,000 miles ago. The ABS light comes on sometime. It is the wiring harness going to the front wheel. I have changed this 3 times. these wiring harnesses just do not last. The ABS works just fine. The brake rotors as a little rusty as the car has been sitting, but the rotors and pads are new. Thats about all I can think about the car for now. Like I said it has a bunch of little issues, but could be a very nice car again with a little work. It runs well and gets good fuel milage. The 3.8 engine has good power and the transmission shifts well. It has the performance shift option transmsission.
