You are viewing a diamond in the rough. 1980 box chevy caprice with 5.7L vortec engine out of a 95 Chevy 1500. This car was aquired as a project but I don't have time to finish it anymore due to work. The car is very fast and if given the right care will be a very good car to have. THE GOOD: *Excellent 5.7L Vortec Engine from a 1995 1500 *Flowmaster 40 series dual exhaust(sounds mean) *Leather seats from a 96 Impala *Power locks and windows *Chevy rallies(I have the corvette center caps) *New parts put on motor( new summit 650 carburator, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fan, chrome water pump, chrome timing chain cover, new timing chain and gears) * Also comes with new parts that I never got around to putting on (heater core, electric fuel pump, grant wood grain steering wheel) * I have rear euro not front though THE BAD: *BAD TRANSMISSION( WILL NOT DRIVE) *Steering column was busted due to somebody trying to steal the car( I have another steering column) *Dash clusters won't work due to bad wiring THE UGLY: *Other than the SS bucket seats interior needs attention(drivers seat is mangled, others are good) *two front windows need motors *As you see in pics car needs paint job( I started to prime as I was going to paint it but it needs to be finished) *needs headliner Car needs someone who's willing to put in the work but other than that it's a good car. The motor alone is worth the buy it now price. All new parts put were purchased from Summit Racing Equipment and installed buy a professional mechanic with over 40yrs of experience.
