Vehicle Detail

I have a very nice '94 Jaguar for sale with newer dark red metallic paint (repainted very well some years ago) and a white leather interior in good shape. The V-12 engine and automatic transmission are excellent and most-everything works, including the AC. It has a new 1000-amp battery. I have the bonafide title, registration, insurance and smog certificate in my name. There are many service notes under the hood. All the cables and machinery is very fine. The brakes are very good; the power steering leaks a tiny bit from the fill-basin. There is no rust. The floor needs some carpeting ideally. The signals, brake lights, sunroof, wiper, seat controls and dome lights work. It only needs one code for the stereo, clock and alarm, and two trim strips attached. There is a Jaguar 10-cd changer in the trunk. One headlight ring is the only missing part. One hood latch is not attached, but the driver's side latch locks down fine. The trunk needs a support sometimes; the trunk is very clean. The radio whip broke off, but the antenna motor is fine. The front boot needs the hinge screwed-down. The leather seats in front are very good; the driver's seat has the usual crackling with no tears. The rear seats and rear boot are very fine. The wood trim throughout is very good, except a little around the front and back boot. There are very nice rear retractable curtains. The shocks in front are fairly old and creak a bit; I checked the creaking and it is the shocks; the undercarriage is good and solid-as-manufactured. There is zero rust and no body work or putty. The tires are very good, including the spare. The power locks all work, but the left rear door sometimes doesn't not open easily. The driver's door outside latch doesn't work, as the typical plastic arm inside the door broke. The paint is very good overall, but needs some rubbing compound around the hood and the deck lid. They did do a very nice job on the re-painting some years ago: it comes out nicely when I wash it. The windshield is good, but has had 3 small stars in it that haven't changed for the 3 years I have had the car. It has 94,000 miles and runs very well. I am also looking for a possible trade or trade-in... It's my daily-driver; I love driving (flying) it around and it does 0 - 60 in 5 seconds flat; but, I can't afford the gas, naturally... I can email more photos and information upon request; thank you, Brian . . .
