The Vehicle was fully prepared for the Detailing business, but I am upgrading to Cube van in order to service planes, mechanically the van is in superb condition It was converted to E250 in order to be able to support 300 Gallons of water plus equipment. The van has extended fuel tank put in so you are able to drive 700-800 miles before refueling, plus the gas mileage on the big V6 is very good. It does however lack the muscle of the V10 and I can't really tell difference from V8. I have drove the van several times between Chicago and New York and it drove flawlessly, since than it received new tires and all the mentioned parts so it will not need any service what so ever besides oil changes for some time. NEW PARTS that were replaced might not been defective, but I follow a strict service routine on all the Vans, as per manufacture recomendations: Brand new tires, Brakes, Rotors, Shocks, Bearings, All suspension components and control arms new, New power steering, New fuel pump put in with extended fuel tank on the van at 60K. Suspension upgraded to E250+, Freshly recharged AC system to optimal level, Wheal alignment done on all 4 wheals, New synthetic engine oil, new synthetic trans oil with filter and flush, new air filter, back wheal axel differential oil changed with Ford synthetic and differential lubricant additive, OEM spark plugs, New sparkplug wires, New Air Filter, OEM rear ABS speed senror . All the maintenance was done with the last 2k miles so the van would be ready for summer or winter. I had the Van Rubber coated in BLACK all the way to the ceiling and the doors to protect from water and damage, the cost for the rubber coat was $2200 included striping the entire van from the factory carpers removing all the rust spots priming, painting and rubber coating front to back. The cage was redone and replaced with heavy steel one which was moved back to allow maximum space for the front cabin, the reason for doing all that was all the heavy equipment that supposed to be in the back. The underside of the vehicle is great no Damage or rust, all the cage components were primed and silicone to protect against rust. The Van is equipped with 2-way alarm system that will page you up to a mile or enable you to remote start the Van; it has high security abloy locks on the cargo area doors. All together I have 10k invested in to the truck in service and upgrades, if the van sells for over 5k I will leave the Gasoline Power Washer priced at $1700 as well. Please let me know if you like to keep the Water tank or to have it removed. On the Floor of the cargo area I have installed treated 3/4 plywood for increased protection, I will include entire cargo area plastic liner not pictured worth $900 if you chose to have the van further insulated and protected it is a great option and can be placed over the ruber coating, the color of the plastic liner is GREY, also not pictured is the cabid storage console for paperwork and one used adrian steel shelf with drawers and lock box for tools. Most of the parts mentioned in the descriprion have Lifetime warranty and rotors have 2 year. Paint overall condition is very good, there are however some Dings and scratches as can be expected for the year, one rust spot by driver door pictured was removed and would need to be done in order to blend the paint and protect it, all glass has no chips, driver side seat has a small seam that stitching has let go on. Engine is dry has no leaks, transmission shifts properly even on hard acceleration it does not hit or slip, battery is good. There is no smell in the Van and it will be fully detailed and paint sealed for 6 months prior to pick-up. If you decide to pay for the van trough PayPal, the van will be delivered to you within 300 miles from Chicago at no cost to you. If you are flying in, I can pick up from O'Hare, Midway Airports.. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Van do not hesitate to ask. There are 3 sets of keys and 2 Codealarm remotes. The title reflects E150 so there would be no problem registering the Van as passenger use in Chicago I am not sure as to the other municipalities. In Chicago that would save money on registration and renewals but most importantly you can park on the streets over night and not be ticketed for business plates. Additionally the title does not reflect any mileage it is left blank; at the time of the registration I was not sure as to the mileage so it was left blank by the clerk. However the mileage on the van is correct and accurate and upon registering you should write exact mileage if you like it to be on the title document from the state. Additionally I have not mentioned that the van was never involved in an incident in case some are wondering. I just got the missing plastic pice from the pass. seatbelt harness that is missing on the picture, it was replaced the van is missing nothing.
