This was THE last year the Vintage 450 series was produced and IT IS without a doubt the most refined and “Sharpest Looking” of all the K models due to the rather dramatic Candy Flake paint scheme which is literally unparalleled in brilliance and dimensions when viewed in direct sunlight or under any artificial light source. A K6 series CL is the “only one” that actually had the instruments tilted towards the rider where you could finally view them from a normal riders stance. NO reproduction or cheap aftermarket parts are installed on this bike which furthers it’s originality and protects the authenticity of the collector value. Modern day High Quality Profile Avon on/off road series tires have been installed should you desire to actually ride this extremely low mileage (8,689 actual miles) investment grade Scrambler. All lights, horn, turning signals, etc. all operate AS NEW. The bike literally starts, rides, and shifts just like you rode it off of the Honda Dealers showroom floor in 1974! The factory correct ORIGINAL exhaust is still intact displaying nice chrome for it’s vintage plus the entire system is rock solid. ORIGINAL seat cover is MINT. The bike has had a recent tune up, oil change, new correct Yuasa battery, plus has been thoroughly examined and checked over by a certified Honda Service Technician. Some oem chrome components have some minor peppering in varied areas plus rims have some discreet dulled areas however all is virtually undetectable from a normal viewing distance. The bike is not “perfect” but it is unmistakably one of the nicest “ABOVE SURVIVOR” quality Vintage Honda's in the 37 year old category you will find “anywhere”. The dealer delivered touch up paint, owners manual, and factory installed toolkit are still intact and are included to further the pedigree of this incredible Vintage Honda. You “will not” be disappointed with this bike. Honda Motor Co. LTD manufactured an “abundance” of these bikes during the magical era of the 1960’s and the 1970’s however due to their economical initial cost plus the fact most were race modified due to their amazing torque and low end horsepower very few are left today that has been cared for like this machine.
