Ok, heres the story. I bought this car from an insurance company when it was almost new. It had only 12k on it, it was hit in the front end. I had it repaired with all new parts (not used). A complete new front end plus windshield. I drove the car for a month and the timing tension roller snapped. I now understand after much research, that this was a common problem with these cars. Due to this car having a interference motor, the engine was no longer worth fixing. I had a new engine installed that only had 18k on it. I saw the engine in the car before it was taken out to be put in mine. Since the engine swap, the check engine, and emission light stay on and will not shift into 4th gear.I brought this car to three diffrent GM dealers at the cost of over $1000.00 and not one of them could fix it. So I kept driving it, the car now has 82000 miles on the car and about 40,000 on the motor and it still runs like a new car. I drive this car everyday and I have never had a problem with the car. So if you need a parts car this is it! This car is being sold as is where is and for PARTS ONLY!!
