Terms & Conditions General Terms and Conditions All sales are subject to a flat $149.00 document fee, a $9.00 title fee, a $41.00 registration fee, unless financed through us in which there will also be a $22.00 filing fee added. As well as a $125.00 Internet Dealer Service Fee. Our document fees are collected by Music-Carter, Chevrolet-Buick-Cadillac and are not required by law. Kentucky residents pay 6% sales tax and registration inspection fees. Out of state residents must pay applicable sales tax and registration fees for their home state. The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS. We can help arrange shipping nationwide at reasonable rates, which we will assess a $25.00 transportation brokerage fee. Please contact us for more details. These are pre-owned vehicles and sold in "As Is" condition. However some vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased. Vehicles up to 7 years old and have under 100,000 miles may qualify for our 3 month/3,000 mile Music-Carter Crosswrench Certified limited powertrain warranty. Ask for details. Vehicles that are 10 years old and have 100,000 miles or more will be sold "As Is" miles exempt. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented, deposits on vehicles that aren't purchased are applied towards cost of paperwork, title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity. Deposits on vehicles bought are applied to selling price of vehicle as downpayment. All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Floyd County, Kentucky. and all obligations of the purchaser to pay for this vehicle shall be payable in Floyd County, Kentucky. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be Floyd County Kentucky. Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly do to local test driving, in transit repairs, road testing, and in some cases delivery of the vehicle. We accept Paypal for deposit only. Balance must be in the form of Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Bank Financing. Full Payment of vehicle balance must be within 7 days of the auction close.
