1991 Saab 900S 2dr Hatchback 2.1L 4-cyl. 5-speed Manual The interior of this car was totally re-done, except for the seats. They are in perfect condition, except for one small rip on the driver’s seat. We did a several steps process to make this car very sound and rust proof. After scraping and sending the bottom. - 1- The bottom was sprayed with Rust-oleum ® Rust Reformer, - 2- Rust-oleum ® Truck Bed Coating, - 3- Performix Brand ® Plasti Dip, - 4- Then laminated with Dynamat sound damper. - 5- The bottom was then covered with black felt underline. - 6- After everything, a rubberized foam was laid over the bottom of the car before a new black carpet was installed (the original carpet, cleaned and painted black). - We installed a new ceiling liner - New muffler - New windshield - PASSENGER SIDE REAR BRAKE CALIPER. - ALTERNATER BRUSHES. - HEAD MACHINED AND VALVE JOB COMPLETELY DONE WITH NEW VALVE SEALS. - NEW HEAD GASKET KIT. - NEW WATER PUMP AND GASKET. - NEW CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER WITH NEW HYDROLIC HOSE. - NEW ENTIRE CLUTCH KIT MADE BY SACHS. THIS INCLUDED PRESSURE PLATE. CLUTCH DISC. CLUTCH SHAFT COVER SEAL. CLUTCH SHAFT SEAL. SLAVE CYLINDER KIT. - NEW TIE ROD ENDS INSTALLED FRONT R & L. NEW UPPER AND LOWER BALL JOINTS ON PASSENGER SIDE. - NEW REAR ENGINE SEAL. - NEW LOWER RADIATOR HOSE. - NEW THERMOSTAT. NEW RADIATOR TEMPERATURE SCENSOR. - NEW PASSENGER SIDE DRIVE AXLE. It shifts smoothly; the motor runs strong. There is a small power steering fluid leak( We will fix that too). There is no rust throughout, the undercarriage is in excellent condition, the tire wells show no signs of rust. PAINT: except for some minor scratches & minor dengs, the paint is in excellent condition. Please, refer to our pictures. The rear brakes are ¾ good, front brakes are ½ good. We had them inspected by a professional recently. The door panels were redone, please refer to pictures. The dashboard is cracked, like most of these cars, but it has a nice felt cover. As far as we know, all electrical functions work well. The rear window is tinted dark. The original windows on this car are tinted glass. The hose clamp under the fluid reservoir was the problem. After tighten it up, I believe we solved the problem. I have pictures available of what was done if you would like to see it.
