Up for sale is our 2000 Ford Windstar SEL minivan. This is a fitting end to our ownership since it began on ebay about 8 years ago. I want to make clear that there is a loud knocking noise in the engine. The motor still runs and does not vibrate or shake. I have taken it to two mechanics and both said that they could not give me an idea on a repair without getting into the engine. With this age and mileage I am not interested in going through with a repair, it is time to part ways. Although in the last 8 months I have put a brand new set of Hankook tires, new plugs, wires, coilpack, and alternator. I would love to at least recoup some of my cost of these repairs. I believe that this van has a lot of valuable parts that can be sold off if an individual has the time and space to do so. This van has the SEL package but does not have leather. The cloth seats are in clean condition. Other options include:Power windows, locks, sliding doors, drivers seat, rear vent windows. Homelink. Rear heat and a/c. It has the dual audio sound sysytem with CD and cassette. The paint is peeling on the roof and on the hood. The rear bumper is cracked on the passenger side. Other than that the van has been our daily driver since purchasing it. This van will be best for someone that is mechanically inclined or has the desire to part it out.
