72 scout. 345 v8. 727 auto trans. 4x4. VERY SOILD PROJECT. THE GOOD- no rust on doors, top, tailgate and rear hatch. they are VERY CLEAN. the rest of the body and frame are very good. all body mounts are good. i dont think the top was ever off. it was under coated with grease when it was new. looks like it was sprayed with oil after that. all the dark stuff in the pics under the doors and hatch is oil and grease. it runs good. no smoke or noise. factoy spot light. i drove it in the driveway, trans seems to work fine. i have the title in my name. THE BAD- has rust around both rear wheels in 1/4. nothing real bad. will need rocker on drivers side. both fenders have a small hole in the fronts, fiberglass fenders included but i think steel ones are an easy fix. windshield frame has some small holes "see pic"surface rust on floors. no holes. steering box needs changed, have one to go with it. it drives funny, goes side to side real bad. front tires junk. needs exhaust. windshield needs changed, good one included. fuel pump is bad. tank has some patches, not leaking. i can get it running on a gas can to get it on trailer or if ya want to hear it run. i was going to restore it next winter but i found a rust free 78 cherokee cheif. i just have to many cars! if i had the room to store it indoors it would not be for sale. im 40 miles north from pittsburgh pa. near kittanning. no shipping. must pick-up within 10 days.
