1978 Honda Gold Wing

This is a 1978 GL1000 that I got sometime last year. I have done some work to it to get it running and riding good. Hasn't been registered since 1990 (California Bike) Here's what I have done: Replaced the engine with another 1978. The bike had sat without the airbox for quite sometime, and the original engine had seized and was basically junk. This engine had been running around in one of my other wings, and I decided to put it in this bike. Tank was cleaned out and both lines work, front and rear master rebuilds, as well as caliper rebuilds. Carbs have been gone thru with Randak's master carb kit. All function work, as well as the AM/FM/CB. There is also a color matched helmet included. I think this is from the mid 70's to the early 80's. The same for the paint job. The paint was done by Color & Design in El Monte. There is a nice mural on the top trunk. (very surfer-esque) This bike has a Vetter fairing, and what i believe to be a Calfia trunk and saddle bags. It does still need some TLC, but it does have some redeeming qualities. Has a few billet pieces that I have never come across before: i.e. the adjustable passenger foot pegs, and the driving light mounts.
