This car was bought from CNV Corvette in AZ a couple years back. They specialize in restoration and mechanics and guaranteed that this is a matching numbers car. The interior was redone top to bottom. All new seats, wheel, dash, carpet, door panels and weather stripping. The gauges, stick shift and dash panels are original. The miles are original. There is no rust whatsoever on the under carriage. That was verified at the time of purchase as well as when it got home and was put up on a lift. No door sag whatsoever and the locks work well. The chrome door handles are original and in great shape. It was fully serviced at the time of purchase and smogged with no trouble. It's currently registered and insured. Because of its age it was exempt from any pollution control devices such as a catalytic converter. It’s been garaged, never spent a night outside. The T-tops are original and a little scuffed but in great shape. The brakes have stainless steel calipers and stop on a dime. The tires are new and the rims are polished and unmarked. All lights work and the hydraulic lifters pop up and down without sticking. Windshield wipers work well but I’ve never driven it in the rain. E-brake cable is tight but I never use that either. Power windows work well. The exhaust is maybe a couple of years old and has a deep throaty, old school sound. The paint is not perfect but looks great and has a nice deep shine. The one area in need of attention is the seized A/C compressor.
