Vehicle Detail

1987 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham D’Elegance This is a pristine 1987 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham D’Elegance with original victory grey paint and leather interior in outstanding condition. Automatic high and low beam, trunk shut assist, level ride suspension, power seats/mirrors/steering. Always garage kept, absolutely no rust, 22’ inch Diablo rims, DVD player with screen custom built into dash w/remote, new infinity speakers hidden in factory mounts. Two 12 inch speakers in ported box with 1,000 watt amp in the trunk. Only 60,000 miles on this vehicle, driven once a week since I bought it in 2005. This Cadillac could still be returned to a numbers matching classic at any time. I still have its original Cadillac wire spoke hubcaps in excellent condition, and original 24k gold plated keys. DVD screen can be replaced with original radio. No cutting, painting, tinting, or irreversible customization done on this car. It will be 25 years old next year, and can be registered as a classic, lowering your insurance and registration expenses. I have owned this vehicle for six years and following is a list of improvements I have made on it many of them done in a professional race shop when I used to work in NASCAR: - new carburetor in 2007 - all new, painted to match, plastic bumper filler panels (usually a huge problem with this vintage Cadillac, but not for you as all filler panels have been updated) - new exhaust in 2007 in order to pass inspection. - balance and alignment in 2009. 80% tread left on tires. - new AC compressor and blower control module in 2011. This was a $1,200 repair but the AC works flawlessly now and is under warranty. - new taillight bezels 2009 I have enjoyed this car immensely over the past six years but I have run out of work to do to it, its time for my next project. In the essence of full disclosure, here are a couple of minor flaws I have not felt the need to fix: - there is some light “crow’s feet” cracking on the paint on the hood. Paint still shines up nicely and this is hardly noticeable - there are some small paint chips around the grill from road wear. - A couple of the plastic “fangs” on the outer edge of the rim have been knocked off. Rims are not bent or scraped. I have not felt the need to replace because these are unnoticeable.
