1950 ford 2dr highly customized, On a 98 corvette frame and drive train 5.7 engine, 6speed all suspension wheels tires are c5 corvette with 28k miles, owner purchased a 98 corvette with 28k miles hit in the rear in 1999 do have title to the corvette to prove ownership and miles to be correct, This project has been under way since 99, the car was shortend 16 inches to fit on the corvette frame, has been chopped, highly modified, the front end is one piece and the hood raises up from the rear like a vette, it has the vette dash installed in the car, having to sell due to illness many hours have been spent to get it to this point and many more are needed to finish it, Has vette wheels and, tires are like new does have the center caps for wheels, The car comes with the original title 1950 ford title + the 98 vette title to prove mileage & ownership, selling at no reserve, it is not running at this time havent got that far along but all wiring harness computers are there the 98 vette donor car 28k miles was hit in the rear but would start and run, have turned the engine over many times thru out the years and has been stored inside The dent you see on the right rear Qpanel well someone accidently backed into it. On Feb-03-11 at 14:05:32 PST, seller added the following information: no tail lights, I do have the buckets for the headlight, for the windshield and door glass it just needs flat glass, I do have window regulators, it does have wipers, The engine would start and run then turn off thats because of the anti theft system was activated during all the changeover, I sent the computer off and had the theft device removed have not worked on it since, but i know engine runs perfect it was running when i bought the 98 vett, it only has 28k miles, The engine and 6speed is worth more than it is bringing at this point I probably have $20k invested, while it still needs a lot of work it will be a one of a kind custom On Feb-04-11 at 07:17:49 PST, seller added the following information: The vett engine was not put in the car the car was shortened 16 inches and customized to fit on the on the 98 vette frame and floors are vett the trunck floor is original to the 49 ford, complete rolling chassis is 98 vett, exhaust and everything under neath is complete 98 vette, the 98 vette donor car was complete just had body damage to the rear it has 28k miles on the running gear, a low mileage vett drivetrain alone would cost you $8 to 10k
