This 1994 model is outstanding inside and out and it runs great. Acquired from an estate, this Corvette is a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads (it looks like its never been exposed to anything outside of a garage). It has had just one previous owner, and has just 12, 122 original miles on it. Autocheck shows accurate miles, and no accidents or problems of any kind. PLEASE come by for an inspection and test drive if you can - or send a local friend. This car will sell itself if you do. The exterior is in excellent condition. There are no body defects anywhere, and the brilliant red paint shines like new all around. This car has obviously been garage kept throughout its life. Exterior features include fog lamps and alloy wheels. The wheels are all excellent - no curb rash or scuffs. A high-quality Weathershield HP car cover form Covercraft is included. The interior is very, very nice. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. It looks like no one ever sat in this car. The carpets, dash and door panels are all in excellent shape. The driver's seat has power controls. This Corvette offers some nice comfort and convenience features: power windows, locks and mirrors; cold air conditioning; AM/FM/Cassette stereo; tilt wheel ; cruise control, trip computer and much, much more. The 5.7 liter V8 really runs great. Its rated at 300 hp and 340 lb-ft of torque. With just over 12,000 miles on it, its barely broken in. The tires have good tread remaining. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
