Vehicle Detail
Up for sale in a 1968 Dodge Charger. I tore it down the basics and it is now ready to start the restoration process. The car is in very good condition, and with no rust in the trunk area and only a quarter size rust hole on the drivers side floor pan by the gas pedal. Before disasembly, the car was complete except for front seats and intake. the motor is not the orriginal, it comes with a 440 engine (7T 440 E HP2). The rear end is a newer 2193 and still has the 727 transmission. This car was an original orange car. There is typical rust around the rear wheel openings. It has a new grill, The padded dash is in excellent condition and has the tic tock tack. All glass is with the car. Another issue is someone cut out part of trunk flooring above the rear end for access. It was done nicely and an easy fabrication in an non conspicuas locatoin. All parts are still with car, and it is easy to move. It will be local pick up only. The first pictures show the car at the beginging of disasembly and the bottom shows the car as it sits now. Call with any questions, I am not a Charger expert, so I will do my best. (208) 755-2273 Thanks. The car is located in Coeur d'alene, Idaho. On Jan-28-11 at 09:33:36 PST, seller added the following information: All the nuts and bolts are baged and taged and not just in one big pile.On Jan-29-11 at 09:09:10 PST, seller added the following information: I have included additional photos of the bottom of the car and of the fender tag so the car can be decoded. Thanks and good luck!.On Jan-31-11 at 14:28:36 PST, seller added the following information: PLEASE NOTE: I WAS TOLD THE PICTURE OF THE TACH SHOWS IT IS A STANDARD ONE, AND NOT THE TIC TOCK TACH AS INDICATED IN THE DESCRIPTION. SORRY FOR THIS.
