For sale 1978 Mustang II King Cobra. An original Red/Red car w/302 4-speed, t-tops and no A/C. I’ve included a pic of the bucktag and doortag and the car has a good title in my name. The car needs a complete restoration. Most of the king cobra parts are there, including the brake ducts, but the front airdam and one corner of the rear spoiler is missing. I’ve included pics of the good and the bad. The spare tire well, rear ¼’s, rear wheelwells, doors, hood and hatch are all in good condition with no rot. I removed the seats to show the condition of the floors. The floorpan on the drivers side is bad because the drivers window was broken out and the car sat outside before I bought it. I have replaced the window. The passenger floorpan is in pretty good shape but not perfect. There’s a hole by the battery tray from the battery freezing and busting while the car was sitting. The driver fender is bent but I’m including a good fender with the car. There’s a dent by the driver taillight that will need repaired. The original gas tank was bad but I’m including a good tank with the car. I’m also including the motor mounts, radiator, starter, alternator and fan. There is no engine or transmission but I have several Mustang II’s for parts and can furnish complete rebuildable drivetrain (auto or 4 speed) if the buyer would like but the engine and trans are not included in this auction. This will be an ambitious restoration but a car that is worthy of it and will be a lot of fun once complete. Delivery is the buyers responsibility but I can assist your transporter if needed. I have a car hauler and could deliver within 400-500 miles but delivery costs are extra. I’d like a $200 deposit by paypal within 48 hrs. of auctions end. Balance to be paid in cash within 10 days of auction end.
