We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back. Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days. As we are located In Florida, we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer. Payment/Fees We will add a $399 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypalfor the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500depositwithin 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up.If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. Regarding the Buy It Now option: If this vehicle has a "Buy It Now"option, you must leave a Paypal deposit if you click the Buy It Now. If you wish to purchase the vehicle with a Buy It Now, and do not have a PayPal account, please call so that we can disable this feature. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. WE DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your states sales tax up to 6%. If your states sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your states tax at home).
