This bike has a clean title, has been always adult ridden and properly serviced, is 100% ready for whatever trip you are planning and has a number of options that would make travel anywhere easier and more comfortable.As if the K1200 LT weren’t perfect for long trips when it comes out of the factory, the addition of the BMW GPS Navigation III, BMW tall windshield, BMW Highway Pegs, BMW Cup holder, Rick Mayers Custom heated seat with matching Driver’s backrest, Big foot side stand, Rear Hyper Lights, Side and Rear reflective decals and custom Inner Soft Bags for all 3 storage compartments make this motorcycle a far more comfortable and functional Touring bike. With ample power and an average consumption of 49 MPG there is no place this bike can’t go and actually few places in the US it hasn’t already been to. The motorcycle was never in an accident and the only problem it ever had was a failure of the Electric/hydraulic center stand about 5 months ago (a common problem among the 2006 LT’s). The stand was replaced with a new unit at the local BMW dealership and all is back to perfect now.The bike is no longer under warranty but it has been always garage kept in perfect condition and really needs nothing done. It has always been connected to a charger while not ridden and has been professionally cleaned and waxed on a schedule. While the paint has some cosmetic blemishes, they do not take away from its overall condition as you will see in the high Resolution pictures. As expected, I have the original manual, both keys, both remote controls and all service records. The mileage is 71,915 which should not be a concern for any BMW connoisseur, given the maintenance and usage conditions of the motorcycle. The selling price is well below book and the reserve price accordingly lower. This motorcycle is being replaced with a new one and there is no more space in the garage to keep it. No other reason to sell it than that.I have a 100% positive rating and deal with expensive items on a regular basis. Whoever purchases this bike can expect a smooth transaction with no worries and excellent communication. I welcome any type of inspection and would happily go to the local BMW dealer with the new buyer for the best possible peace of mind on the purchase.I would prefer local pickup, but would assist the buyer with shipping if needed. I would not, under any circumstances, let the motorcycle leave the house unless it is paid in full. I am open to the use of an escrow service as long as the buyer covers the associated costs.
