You are bidding on a 1967 Pontiac Firebird . I purchased this car as (1) of my restoration projects in 2007. It came without transmission,engine, or steering column . All the glass is still in the car and not broken. All front and rear seats are also in the car. I have the sheet metal work approximately 85-90% complete. Most of the front end sheet metal is off the car but is included with it , It needs trunk pan welded in but that is also included with the car , I have a new one for it . The rear quarters have been pretty much finished also , rust cut out and new metal put in place of it . Also I cut the holes for 1968 marker lites in the rear quarters because I was going to install those markers in it so it wouldnt be so plain looking . Floors need some minor repair but nothing very serious if you are fairly good at sheet metal and body repair . I have (2) different hoods for the car but only one goes with it , you can chose which ever one you want, both are standard hoods , neither one is a 400 hood or anything special . I also have a Pontiac 400 engine that " IS NOT Included " but I will sell it if you want it , it needs to be rebuilt , has rod bearings out of it !!!! It is my understanding that this Firebird would have came with a 350 in it ! The guy I bought the car from had apparently had a 4-speed in it , the center console is cut for floor shift and there was apparently clutch pedal installed at one point but that is also not there , also steering column is not there either . This is a somewhat of a rolling chassis at this point that just needs to be finished , I have other projects I need to get done so I have got to part with this one.... If you are the winning bidder you are solely responsible to arrange for pick up and shipping or to pick it up yourself , I will make no arrangements as to shipping or pick up . Also it will have to be picked up according to my schedule since I do work all week and every other weekend . Best time for pick up would be on a Saturday but other arrangements could be made in advance , possibly after 6pm on week days . I will require a (non-refundable 20% down) no longer than 2 days after the closing of the sale to be paid by certified bank check or money order . Remaining balance to be paid before vehicle leaves my property and title must be legally out of my name at that point too . Please dont bid if you arent in agreement with the terms I listed in this description.
