1967 Triumph Bonneville

I purchased this bike back in the early 90's to commute to school. At that time it had a tiger top end (single carb). After school I thought I would replace that with a dual carb which it was supposed to have. I'm no mechanic, but this is what I have done. New rings, dual top end (taken to machine shop), new valve guides, new valves, dual Mukini pancake carbs, coils, fork seals and gators. The paint job is pretty good, but looks to have a welded piece under the front from a past fix. (couple of scratches and dings, but not bad at all). New handle bars, and grips. It does not have Smiths tach or speedo. Unknown actual milage this thing has over its' life, but no miles since I started working on it. Not all original, but a good clean bike. This bike would be good for someone who has experience with these twins and can Iron out the details. I have cranked/started this bike since these improvements, but have not ridden it. It would need tires and a good looking at to make sure everything is good to go. I have learned a lot with this bike, but am not a mechanic. I work on my own stuff and figure it out as I go. I bought most of my parts from the British Only web site or ebay. I appreciate the bikes and owners who have pristine original bikes and you can go that way with this one if you wanted to or you could just get some tires, check it over and enjoy it as it is..
