EVEN THOUGH IT NEEDS TOTAL RESTORATION, UNLIKE MOST OF THESE CARS, OVERALL IT IS VERY STRAIGHT & SOLID! HERE'S A BARN FIND THAT'S READY FOR RESTORATION. WE HAVE PUT OVER 20 PICS TO TRY & COVER EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THE LONG DESCRIPTION! LIKE SEVERAL OF THE CARS WE WILL BE LISTING IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS, THIS CAR HAS A LOT OF POTENTIAL TO BE A REAL BEAUTY! HERE ARE A FEW GOOD EXAMPLES OF WHAT THIS CAR CAN LOOK LIKE WITH SOME TIME & TLC. YOU COULD GO BACK WHITE LIKE THE ONE ABOVE... I PERSONALLY THINK IT LOOK GREAT IN BLUE, BUT THEN AGAIN... A NICE BRITISH RACING GREEN WOULD BE GREAT AS WELL!!! (THIS ONE HAS A V8 IN IT!) OR WITH A LITTLE IMAGINATION & SOME TINKERING... THE POTENTIAL IS ONLY LIMITED BY YOUR IMAGINATION & TOY FUND! THE FRONT END, GRILL, ETC. ARE ALL VERY NICE! STRAIGHT & SOLID! BUT ONE HOOD HINGE DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY & SO THE HOOD ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOES NOT ALIGN LIKE IT SHOULD. IT IS OVERALL VERY STRAIGHT, SOLID & CLEAN FOR BEING OVER 40 YEARS OLD! MORE IMPORTANTLY, WE HAVE HAD THIS CAR UP ON A HOIST & LOOKED IT OVER THOROUGHLY & IT IS OVERALL VERY SOLID THROUGHOUT. THE ONLY AREAS WE FOUND WITH RUST ON THE WHOLE CAR WAS A FEW SMALL PINHOLES ON THE ROOF. AND THEY WILL BE VERY EZ TO ACCESS & WILL BE SUPER EZ TO FIX. (WE CAN ALSO ARRANGE THESE REPAIRS FOR THE BUYER AT OUR WHOLESALE COST!) OTHERWISE, THE REST OF THE ROOF IS SOLID, SOLID FLOORBOARDS SOLID DOORS, SOLID FENDERS SOLID HOOD SOLID QUARTERS SOLID SPARE WHEEL FLOOR SOLID ROCKER PANELS ETC.! IMPORTANT TITLE INFO: The title we have for it is an Oregon "Lien Sale" title & it will come with a Bill of Sale as well. This is done when the former title is not surrendered to the new owner & it clears any & all former liens & owners off the title & allows the new owner to get a clear new title for the vehicle. This is everything that the new buyer will need in the State of Oregon to transfer the title & get a new title in their name. IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF OREGON & NEED A REGULAR TITLE TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP IN YOUR STATE OR COUNTRY, IT IS NOT A PROBLEM : We can & will happily transfer the Lien title at our local Oregon DMV for you and get you a new regular Oregon title for the Oregon title transfer fee of $77. We do not charge anything above the DMV fees to do this for our customers. (This takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks.) THE WINDSHIELD IS DELAMINATING IN SPOTS & SHOULD PROBABLY BE REPLACED BEFORE TOO LONG, OTHERWISE ALL GLASS IS GOOD. (WE CAN GET GREAT DEALS ON WINDSHIELDS & INSTALLATIONS FOR THE BUYER IF DESIRED) HAS A NICE SET OF REAL SPOKE WHEELS WITH KNOCKOFFS. ALTHOUGH THE NEED TO BE REFINISHED. THEY ALL LOOK TO BE NICE & STRAIGHT. THE TIRES ALL HOLD AIR, BUT ARE OLD & SHOULD BE REPLACED BEFORE TOO LONG! HAS REALLY COOL CLASSIC BODY LINES! REAR HATCH & THE TAILLIGHTS LOOK GOOD! THE REAR BUMPER ISN'T PERFECT, BUT NOT BAD! ONE OF THE GREAT THINGS ABOUT THESE CARS, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE RARE & ORPHANS IS EVERYTHING IS EZ TO WORK ON & YOU CAN GET ANYTHING YOU NEED FOR THEM! INTERIOR: DASH HAS TYPICAL CRACKS IN THE PAD ON TOP, BUT IT IS ALL THERE & ORIGINAL! GAUGES ARE ALL INTACT. STEERING WHEEL & HORN RING LOOK LIKE THEY WILL CLEAN UP NICELY! FRONT SEAT NEED TO BE REUPHOLSTERED, BUT THE FRAMES LOOK TO BE NICE & SOLID. IT WILL DEFINITELY NEED NEW CARPETING & HEADLINER. (ALTHOUGH, IN MY OPINION, SINCE IT HAD RED CARPETING, IT HAS ALWAYS NEEDED NEW CARPETING!) BOTH THE UPHOLSTERY WORK & THE CARPETING IS ALSO AVAILABLE THROUGH US AT OUR WHOLESALE COST! BACK SEAT UPPER PORTION IS THERE, BUT MISSING THE BOTTOM PARTS. OR IT IS DESIGNED TO JUST FOLD DOWN FLAT. DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR IS SOLID & STRAIGHT DOOR PANEL IS NOT BAD, BUT YOU WOULD PROBABLY REPLACE IT IF YOU ARE RESTORING THE CAR. ALTHOUGH IT WOULD BE USEABLE FOR NOW. PASSENGER'S SIDE FRONT DOOR PANEL IS ALSO NOT BAD & COULD ALSO BE USED AS IS, BUT IF YOU ARE WANTING TO RESTORE IT WOULD BE BEST USED AS PATTERNS. VIEW OF PASSENGER FRONT. REAR HATCH PANEL IS SHOWING IT'S AGE, BUT IS STILL SOLID. VIEW OF THE SPARE TIRE AREA. FLOOR PANEL LIFTS UP FOR SPARE TIRE STORAGE UNDERNEATH. IT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED & REPAINTED, BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT IT IS VERY NICE & SOLID! THE ENGINE IS ALL THERE, BUT HAS BEEN SITTING & WILL NOT CURRENTLY TURN OVER. THESE ARE VERY SIMPLE LITTLE ENGINES & ARE EZ TO REBUILD OR REPLACE, DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU PREFER TO DO. WE HAVE PULLED THE PLUGS & PUT SOME LIQUID WRENCH DOWN EACH OF THE CYLINDERS TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR WHOEVER GETS IT TO FREE EVERYTHING UP. THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT IS NICE & UNCLUTTERED! EVERYTHING IS EZ TO WORK ON & SIMPLE! TRANSMISSION: TYPE: MANUAL 4 SPEED. NICE OLD GT! NEEDS A GOOD NEW HOME! MAKE SURE & CHECK OUT OUR OTHER AUCTIONS AS WELL! We will not consider Buy it Now offers late in the auction. Payment in full must be received within 72 hours of auction's end. We accept payments in the form of cashiers checks (drawn on US banks only), Verified Postal MO's or Direct Bank Wires. All vehicles need to be picked up within 2 weeks after sale ends unless arrangements are agreed on prior to your bid. Owners who do not pick up their vehicles within that time will be charged storage fees for that vehicle. (So, if you will need a little longer to pick up your vehicle, please make arrangements with us before you bid.) Vehicle inspections are welcome prior to your bid. In short: Do not bid before you are ready, willing & able to buy. Non-paying winning bidders will be turned over to a national collection agency & will be responsible for the full amount of the bid & any additional collections or legal fees incurred.
