Up for auction is a 1951 CHEVY 1/2 TON PROJECT TRUCK or RATROD. This truck has been chopped 6 inches and has a chevy nova front end. It comes with a 454 big block chevy in it with Headman headers. It is powered with a 2 speed powerglide transmission. The truck also has been lowered. Has a new steering column, aftermarket gauges in dash and a 6 disc cd player. The truck has a fuel cell placed inside and under the box. Did have truck on the road this summer, but took it off to start tinkering. Needs distributor and carburater. Comes with clear paperwork. I pulled it and replaced it with the 454 (not sure how many miles are on it). RUNS STRONG!!! No smoke, no noise, no oils leaks. Also added intake gaskets and new spark plugs. All the pieces to the hood are included, was in the process of cutting it down to make a hinged-hood, so it could be opened from either side. Comes with 2 drive shafts...one steel that came with the truck and an aluminum one that I bought. Also comes with the orginal copper radiator and an aftermarket aluminum one. Body of truck and frame are solid and totally rust free.
