I bought it in Las Vegas a year ago and had it shipped back to Texas. It has always been in a dry climate and has no rust. The motor is strong and the vehicle is 100% stock except for the custom bed cover. It has a standard transmission and an air conditioner that works. If you want to restore it , it will need new seat covers and a dash (the covers and the dash have suffered in the hot dry climate). There is a minor dent on the pasenger front fender and normal door dings. The headliner, steering wheel and door panels are nice (plastic around the door pulls is cracked). The mileage is original (75,000) and the carfax is clean. I know the history on this brat. If you are looking for a collectable, this might be it! A $500 deposit is due at the end of the auction with the total payment due and vehicle pickup within 10 days. Please email your questions. I think it is a solid vehicle but I would have it checked out before I took off on a 1000 mile driving trip. I hope the winner of this auction understands the value of this vehicle. I have had questions as to whether the vehicle would be good for teen drivers or daily 50 mile round trip drives to work. This is a nice vehicle but I suggest you come and see it if at all possible. I think you will love it but I hope someone buys it that appreciates it for its uniqueness.
