The good part is the fact it's a 2 door post that has the look of a hard top whith the nice sweeping lines of the top. This car is a complete rolling body. I have shown the photos of the rolling body and we have already worked the front fenders, hood, inner fenders and core support. Basic body work done using metal cutting out some minor rust and putting these pieces in primer and fully undercoated these parts on the back side. The interior is fairly complete with seats, door panels. The headliner is missing. All glass is there as are the front and back original bumpers. There are some floor repairs done by previous owner so figure you may want to re-do these although they look solid enough. Frame is very solid. I have also shown photos of extra chrome including grill and we have the headlight surrounds. Pretty much a complete car less motor and trans. Not sure what rearend is in the car but it does roll and steer. This car would make a killer 60's era Gasser, a neat lead sled or shoot it in flat or satin black and have an inexpensive hot rod or rat rod. This car would be a great candidate for bagging and slammin to the ground. Didn't have the key today to open the truck but figure on putting patches or trunk pan in. The quarters appear to be really straight and everything lines up really good. Rust is around the rear wheel arches and look to be a quick easy fix. We were planning on making a straight axle Gasser with a big block but have to many other projects now. A review of ebay and CL show there are now many of these great old cars out there. A little tinkering and that old 6 should fire up. Great old patina for the rat rod fanatic. Also check out a fantastic 1946 Dodge cab and complete front end. Amazing in that there is very little rust. This would make a killer 10 grand rat rod truck as it really has the look and patina everyone is trying to duplicate - no bullett holes but has some decent dents - nothing that detracts but adds character.
