This is a rare 1964 Pontiac Catalina 2+2 - only 3% of the Catalinas were 2+2 models in 1964 This car needs a total restoration, but is nonetheless a very solid car. The stainless and glass clean up very nice and it has no rust thru other than the following: at the left rear fender 1x3 sized hole (pictured), both front fenders in the usual lower spot about 2x2 size (pictured) and a few pinholes in the trunk floor (also pictured) I cannot get the engine to turn over. It is the original 389 with automatic trans, factory floor shift and it had front bucket seats. The factory shifter hole and bucket seat brackets are still there and un-altered. The doors open and close very nice, all the windows roll up and down. It is apparent that this car was well cared for until it was parked many years ago, it has since been in a protected area and has not been vandalized. The grille is in excellent condition, the bumpers are basically straight, but have peeling chrome. There is no front seats or console, it does have the rear seat. The trunk lid is solid, but has bad surface rust around the lock area where mice have nested, would need blasting but still very usable. I do have a clear title on this car as well. The tires do hold air and the car is a roller, I can help load it.
