OK I'm relisting this car since the "supposed" winner didn't contact me or pay for it. His loss your gain. Here is a great car to start your V-dub project! This 2 owner car belongs my father, and he has owned it 37 years! The car was purchased at Valley Volkswagen in Fayetteville, NC in 1973. Car is pretty much complete but has no engine or transmission. The engine was removed to possibly be used in his other VW. All the glass is intact. The interior is complete, seats are good, headliner torn but has all the supports. Body does have very minor rust around the rear hatch and windshield area, but the floor pans look good. Original radio. The car uses a standard VW 4-speed manual not the junk auto-stick. Car was originally a fuel injection model, but was converted to a carb. in the mid 1970's. Factory front disc brakes. German fog lights. This car only has a little over 96,000 original miles! Note the cool early 1970's aftermarket "Mag Wheels"...rare to say the least. Good tires come on the wheels too. You will get a clear N.C title, and even the original owners manual! Car is located in Spruce Pine, NC near Asheville. You will have to pick the car up there.
