HERE IS A VERY RARE! 1952 PACKARD '250' MAYFAIR 2 DOOR HARDTOP WE HAVE PUT OVER 20 PICS TO TRY & COVER EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THE LONG DESCRIPTION. LIKE SEVERAL OF THE CARS WE WILL BE LISTING IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS, THIS CAR HAS A LOT OF POTENTIAL TO BE A REAL BEAUTY TOO. THIS WOULD BE A GREAT CAR TO RESTORE, OR MAKE A REALLY COOL STREETROD PROJECT. BUT IT HAS BEEN IN STORAGE & IS NOT CURRENTLY A DRIVER. IT HAS THE ORIGINAL FACTORY 327 STRAIGHT 8. AND THE "ULTRAMATIC" TRANSMISSION. THIS CAR WILL NEED TO BE TRANSPORTED & IF YOU'D LIKE WE CAN HELP YOU GET IT TRANSPORTED ANYWHERE FOR OUR WHOLESALE RATES. THE FRONT END, GRILL, ETC. ARE CLASSIC & OVERALL VERY STRAIGHT & SOLID FOR BEING ALMOST 60 YEARS OLD. THE WINDSHIELD HAS CRACKS, BUT NONE OF THE OTHER GLASS DOES. WE CAN ALSO GET VINTAGE GLASS AT WHOLESALE PRICES AS WELL. ALTHOUGH IT IS OVERALL VERY STRAIGHT, SOLID & CLEAN FOR BEING ALMOST 60 YEARS OLD & IS A SURPRISE HOW SOLID IT ACTUALLY IS, IT IS CERTAINLY NO SURPRISE THAT IS DOES NEED SEVERAL AREAS TREATED & REPAIRED. THE ABOVE PICTURE IS JUST IN FRONT OF THE REAR WHEEL ON THE DRIVERS SIDE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE QUARTER. THIS PICTURE SHOWN ABOVE IS OF THE SAME AREA ON THE PASSENGER SIDE & IS THE BIGGEST AREA ON THE OUTER BODY THAT WILL NEED REPAIR. THE ONLY OTHER AREAS WE FOUND WITH RUST ON THE WHOLE CAR WERE AS FOLLOWS: THE TRUNK FLOOR, ALTHOUGH OVERALL SOLID, HAS SOME AREAS THE NEED TO BE REPAIRED.
