We're the originals owner of this vehicle, which has been maintained by BMW North - The Woodlands since purchase. No one has ever smoked in the car. It has been exclusively used by adults and mostly for single occupant local driving (not used for work commute). The interior and exterior are in very good condition. The car has been garaged since purchase. My wife and I go out of our way to park the car in end spots and away from other cars, so there are no door dings. The car has never been in an accident or suffered storm damage of any kind. There is approximately six month's remaining (expires mid-May 2011) on the car's original warranty, the Full Maintenance Program and the BMW Roadside Assistance Program; which are transferrable. For those of you not familiar with BMW service contract, this covers all standard maintenance on the vehicle including oil and filter changes and even windshield wiper replacement. Details: Space Gray Metallic, Grey Dakota Leather, Premium Package (integrated garage opener, auto-dimming mirrors, power folding side mirrors, compass, power lumbar, Bluetooth, Sport Package (18" wheels, sport seats, sport suspension), tire pressure monitor, automatic transmission with paddle shifters), comfort access, heated front seats, navigation with Real Time Traffic Information, Satellite Radio, Premium Sound System. The car has both carpet and rubber floor mats; (we have kept the rubber floor mats over the cloth since purchase, so there is virtually no wear to the carpet mats). Clear stone guard shield on front of car. There are some scrapes on the wheels as shown in two photos. Vehicle is also offered for sale locally and seller reserves right to withdraw vehicle from auction at any time based on sale.
