1977 Toyota Land Cruiser: Up for auction is a '77 FJ40 frame off restoration. The overall condition of the truck is excellent. Everything on the FJ was sandblasted and painted, or powder coated silver. During my ownership it has always been garaged. The cruiser runs great and is very reliable. It has the factory 2F engine, four speed transmission, new clutch and pressure plate. All of the emissions were pulled and plugged. New clutch slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder. The radiator was cleaned and pressure tested, new radiator hoses. It has plenty of power. The entire brake system was gone through. Rebuilt master brake cylinder, all new brake lines, new rear brake drums, front calipers were rebuilt, front rotors were cut. The exhaust is custom stainless steel with a flow-master muffler. It also has an aftermarket Saginau power steering setup. The interior is factory with original bucket seats which were re-covered along with the two rear seats. All of the metal parts within the interior and exterior were powder coated silver & black, seat backs, parts, gas cover, rear heater, hood latches, etc. It has a Pioneer super/tuner 3 CD player in the dash, and brand new headliner. It also has roll bar, and mounted fire extinquishers. All of the heaters work properly as well as the rest of the vehicles electronics. The overall condition of the body is in excellent shape. The frame was completely sandblasted and painted with Por 15 New energy suspension polyurethane bushing mount kit. All new quarter panels, new inner panels, rocker panels, new front fenders, new factory step boards. It has about six coats of PPG Omni-Au Freeborn Red with three coats of clear. All new lights, side markers, all new emblems. Stainless steel nuts an bolts through out the entire FJ40. Stock front bumper, custom made rear bumper. All new weather stripping has been replaced to keep things tight. It is also equipped with 33x12.5 BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain tires, rims were powered coated white. It has a 4 inch Safari suspension kit with new shocks. Overall, the vehicle is very clean, solid and reliable I have had no major issues, and it always starts up great. All receipts and pics from the rebuild will come with the vehicle. This vehicle is currently registered in Ct. and will be sold with a bill of sale from Ct.
