Vehicle Detail
An absolutely unique sleek road beast. This is a truly stunning and attractive V-10 rocket with an interior that is both handsome and unique. Black Sapphire Metallic exterior with Sepang Full Merino leather and the Olive Ash Wood Trim. Sepang is a light color - it's not quite beige, not quite gray. It's a pleasing contrast to both the dark exterior and the interior wood trim which is blonde with dark wood swirls. It's gorgeous. Anyone who has ever been in my car thinks the wood trim is the best they have seen. And, this is the full leather package. This car is in first rate, premiere condition. The SMG transmission is fascinating - you can drive the vehicle as an automatic or you can shift it like a manual, either from the stick or with big paddles on the steering wheel. I actually use all three modes. I'm not sure why but I just prefer different modes for different types of driving. I think this is a very cool feature. Driving this car is a sublime experience that can also be tailored to your needs. If you just want to cruise, no problem. If you want to thrill yourself to the point of almost being a little scared (I admit it) hit the M button on the steering wheel and the throttle and everything else tightens up and you have the full 500-hp at your command. The sound of the car is a daunting roar. The space inside the car is surprisingly large. Unlike a 911 (my previous car) the backseat is usable. This 2007 BMW M6 comes equipped with a Head up Display (I use this all of the time...if you hit the M button it can be a tachometer too) that projects your speed, NAV and more on the windshield. Very cool. Harmon Kardon Premium Logic 7 Sound System with CD, HD and Satellite Radio (excellent), Comfort Access Keyless Entry (keep the key in your pocket and just press the start button). Park Distance Control, Bi-Xenon headlights. It has the BMW M6 19" wheels. The MSRP on the vehicle was nearly $118,000. I am the second owner. I bought the car with just over 6,000 miles on it. I have had the vehicle serviced at San Antonio BMW only. It has only had minor issues. The license plate lightbulb went out. I did replace the back tires (because of tread wear) at 18,000 plus miles with the Michelin Pilotsports. The front tires are the original Pilotsports that still have good tread. About two months ago the chaplain at one of our local Air Force bases backed into my passenger side door going about 4 mph. It caused a minor dent in the door. I had it repaired at Caliber Collision and they did a flawless job. They took the dent out, sanded and repainted. You can't tell it even happened. I usually keep my cars just over a year because I tend to be a crazy person in this regard. The original owner purchased in the fall of 2007 (I have to get exact date) so the original warranty of 4 yrs/50,000 miles will expire fall 2011.I will do whatever I can within my control to make this a smooth and happy transaction. I am San Antonio's #1 ranked real estate agent (per the San Antonio Business Journal) and I promise to take care of you just like I take care of my clients. See www.jasonglast.com
