Original 1936 Ford Pickup ready for frame-up restoration! You can save time on this project as the owner has already disassembled the vehicle. Vehicle is complete and was drivable before disassembly (see picture). Health reasons has stopped the project and we are selling this for the owner. The vehicle is virtually rust free and shows little to no body damage. Original engine was replaced by a 1953 Mecury Flathead V8 which is also disassembled.On Dec-24-10 at 16:35:27 PST, seller added the following information: New pictures! Showing more detail regarding condition of vehicle. No detectable areas of rust except for two small spots in pickup bed. Under-carriage has been sandblasted and painted. Original plan was to install a 350 Chevy V8. Extra parts included in sale are a 4-speed Chevy transmission, new heavy duty rear end with springs and shocks, new spindles and brake parts. Also includes new front chrome bumper and new tailgate.
