Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and complete the transaction within 5 business days unless other payment arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
Out of State Buyers: Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license unless the customer wishes for the dealer to complete the registration work for them. The buyer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.
Auction End: We reserve the right to end an auction as deemed necessary and appropriate.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Vehicles and Titles can only be released after full payment has been received. No exception can be made.
Fee and Tax Information: Taxes and Fees
Buyers residing in the state of California will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $75. We charge a $90 Dealer Service Fee on all vehicles. This covers a 40 pt check including fluid levels, oil and filter change, and cleaning and fueling the vehicle. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction payable via paypal. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
