This classic restomod is a driver. The front suspension is a new Mustang II IFS set up with QA1 coilover shocks similar to Heidts. The shocktowers have been removed and shaved. The coilover shocks along with the power rack and pinion steering make for a spectacular ride and drive over the original set up. It has a professionally installed 5.0 EFI along with a T5 5-speed transmission. It's like having a Ford Mustang fox body drive train in a classic pony!! The rearend is a ford 8 inch with a 3:73 positrac. It has 4 wheel power disk brakes along with a set of Coy 17 x 8 wheels. The optima battery has been relocated to the trunk compartment. It has an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. The car is rust free. The floor pans had the only rust and they have been professionally replaced. The interior has been replaced as well. The front seats are out of an Escort ZX2 and are more comfortable than the original. It has a full hump hugger console. The passanger compartment has had Hush Mat installed. The stereo is a Custom Auto Sound with Alpine kickpanel speakers. It has a Vintage Air system and even power windows front and rear. None of the exterior has been redone. The paint and body is not bad for a driver. If you want to show it, it does need fresh paint. This car is a great entry car to the world of classics.
