1973 Dodge Challenger 340 Rallye with 71 R/T stripe kit and bumpers. Full frame off restoration approx 6 years ago but looks like it could have been just 6 months ago! Numbers matching original drive train throughout and all original sheet metal, absolutely no rust anywhere on this car, flip her upside down and eat your dinner off the bottom, its that clean! Very very strong motor, top notch internal and chassis dyno tuned to the extent of 408rwhp! Not a trace of hesitation anywhere, just mash the gas and obliterate the back tires! Not a trailer queen! Honestly a show winner anytime but I buy my cars to drive and enjoy! Obviously condition throughout is superb in and out. Everything works as it should bar the speedo which quit approx 3 weeks ago! I took it form 97000 to the 103000 showing now, some restored muscle cars dont do that in a lifetime! Car drives the road near perfectly, front end is very tight, no unwelcome noise from the motor, trans or rearend just pure music from the full 3 inch Flowmaster exhaust system. All glass is good and they all wind up and down as they should, all keys and locks are original and work as they should. Brakes are really pretty damn stunning and it really does hold its own in modern day cut and thrust traffic, yes it can be your daily driver...as I said I have no use for any car that I dont feel I can jump in and drive anywhere anytime! Owned her for three years and bought in North Carolina and drove home 515 miles to Jacksonville Florida the same day. Have done many long runs and stays cool even in the Florida heat. Very unusual for me to keep ANY car much longer than 6 months so to have had this one so long speaks more than I can say about its style, quality and downright damn good driving fun, finally time for a change and have bought a sweet little Buick convertible so time to let go. You will not be disapointed in any way shape or form with this beauty. I have a clear Florida title in my name and I feel I have set a very reasonable reserve for the quality of this car. Thanks and good luck!Although a complete frame off restoration, by far the majority of the trim, interior etc are still the original items, not much repop on this car at all.So with that being said there are a few little dings in for example the wheelwell trim etc but it is all the original near 40 year old stuff and as stated...I drive my cars...a lot! All sheet metal is original...still has part numbers stamped in them, rad support is numbers matching etc. The motor is the original 340 considerably reworked internally to be nigh on indestructible, trans is the original 727 with a mild 2400 stall and rearend is a 3.23 geared suregrip. The wheels are the original 14" Rallyes with bf goodrich radials.
