This is probably the most documented maintained Porsche you will find. I have all reciept dating back to 1967.It was invited to attend and be on display at the 2007 Porsche Rennsport Reunion representing 1967 for Porsche at Daytona. It was on display all weekend and I have the documentation to go with that. This car is driving on Saturdays weather permitting and garage kept. It has an excellent paint job done locally by a well respected auto body shop in Ormond Beach about 8 years ago. There are no blemishes to speak of. The tires were replaced and the wheels were refurbished in Feb. 2007. The car runs and drives great. Everything works. New battery 1 month ago.I am the 4th owner and I bought the car in 2005 and I am a PCA member. It has the original floor pans and there is no visible signs of rust except a small spot on the right front fender that I pointed out. Apparently when it was repainted the body shop took great care in removing any problems. I would not hesitate to drive this to California. May take a while. RPM is at 4000 at 70 mph because its a 4 speed. There is a little oil seepage when the car sits for a while and my mechanic says its normal for that car. It does Not burn any oil and does Not smoke. This car has cost me very little in maintenance and repairs. Its just time to move on andI want a newer 911 now. Athough its a driver everbody askes me if its a concourse car!
