Up for auction with no reserve is a 1992 Corrado SLC. The Good:130k+ original miles (exact milage to come) Techtonics Exhaust Borla Muffler Turn2 Cold Air Intake Chip Koni Adjustables Neuspeed Springs Turn2 Motormounts Upgraded Speakers JL AUDIO Amp Brand New OEM Headlights Brand New Radiator and Fans, an maybe pump (more info to come) Enkie Wheels (9/10 condition) Original BBS Rims Interior is 8.5/10 A/C works *Both sets of wheels come with the car, two of each are on the car currently. ( 17" Enkies and OEM BBS) The Bad:-The motor has a blown head gasket (according to a certified volkswagen mechanic) consequently the car does not run. -The paint is not great. It looks good from a few feet away but it needs a buff. I actually thought it was much worse until I buffed 75% of the car. The Corrados have one-stage paint and the bad fade comes right out. There are definitely a few imperfections and ultimately the owner would want a paint job. -The spoiler is stuck in a midway position. -Torn E-Brake Handle -Needs new Hood Cable. Car definitely needs some TLC, but the body is very solid and the interior is in very nice condition, the car can be daily drivable not not too much money. Priced to sell. *Vehicle sold as is, and buyer is responsible for transportation. **A friend of mine has another rebuilt VR6 motor out of an MK3 Jetta with only around 30K since the rebuild. I drove the Jetta before it was hit in the back; This was honestly one of the best running VR6s I've ever driven. And I've owned more than 8 VR6 cars. For whatever reason, in my experience, some of these motors are great and others...not so much. My friend is willing to part with the motor for 600, call for details.
