It restored the tradition of sumptuous luxury and ultimate prestige of Mercedes-Benz This new engine powered this west edition of the great Mercedes to a max speed of 127 miles/hour. Incorporated these modern design elements: fuel injection, overhead camshaft engine, air suspension and shock absorbers adjustment, disk brakes on all four wheels, automatic four-speed transmission and power steering, central vacuum locking system for the doors and luggage compartment, adjustable steering wheel, and two separate heading and ventilating systems.
