Vehicle Detail
1972 GMC 1/2 ton pick-up. Decent body. I don't know if the milage is accurate but as quiet as it runs, it could be. No Guarantee about milage. Runs and drives but does need some work. Accelerator pump is bad. Brakes have decent pedal but in my opinion should stop better than it does. They are manual brakes with Disc on the front and drum in the rear. It has leaf springs under the rear, not coil. It has a 307 in it all original that runs good, no knocks or ticks. It has power steering that works but loses fluid over time. Trans shifts fine. Tires are nothing to brag about. Has Rally wheels on it. 8" on back 7" on front the best I can tell. No centers or beauty rings. The right inner fender was removed to try to fix the dents in the fender and is in the back. The gas tank in the back of the truck DOES NOT go with it...it's for my Ford. This truck does have a gas tank that is factory located behind the seat.. Truck does have some rust as you can tell by the pictures. Bed is decent outside but has some rust on the inner wheel wells. Some one put a plastic bedliner in it. Underneath it has a wooden floor that from the bottom doesn't look too bad. The windshield has a crack on the far upper right corner. Has a couple of dents on the right front fender. I think that should pretty much cover everything I can think of. If your looking for one of these trucks to fix up, this could be a really nice truck with not near as much work as alot of these for sale. Please e-mail with any questions.
