Up for auction is my 2004 Ford Escape. The story behind this truck is that I purchased this Escape off Ebay in Feb. of 2009 from a guy out of my state. To this date I have not gotten a title from him and has moved. The truck is not stolen, repossessed, or has any type of lien on it. I have jumped through hoops to try to get the guy to send the title or to get my DMV to issue one but have been unable to. They always come back with another form to file and more fees to get it. So, this vehicle is being sold with a bill of sale. I am tired of having the vehicle in the driveway and it needs to move. My misfortune can be your gain. Many states require only a bill of sale or if you have access to a dealer plate your good to go! Retail book for this is at $10,625.00!! I am looking for much less than half even though I will loose money. The truck drives, operates, and looks 100% just as the pics look. Mileage is also correct. I ran a Carfax after I bought it and it came back clean. I have the truck for sale locally also so the auction may end at any time if sold locally.
