Up for auction is a nice 1965 Mustang Coupe with a 200 cubic inch 6 cylinder engine and automatic transmission. I purchased this Mustang early last summer in Florida. The car needed some body work and paint. It was decent but needed some rust repair in the usual places. I purchased replacement floor pans and quarter panel bottoms, and welded them in. The rest of the car was pretty solid. The interior is quite decent. The seats are good except the passenger seat has a small rip as shown in the pictures. The dash pad, carpet and headliner are pretty good. The car starts, runs, shifts and stops good for manual brakes. The odometer shows just under 66,000 miles but is sold as exempt because I can't verify it. It is a daily driver and for a 45 year old car it rolls down the road good and straight with pretty tight steering. The tires are fairly new. As shown in the pics the body is pretty straight and the new paint is decent. My negatives include the headlights work on dim but not on the bright setting, the passenger door lock doesn't work with the key, and the drivers lock turns hard. The aftermarket radio works but the rear speaker is not very loud. The car is for sale locally and if it sells I will end the auction early. I encourage potential bidders to come and inspect and test drive the car. If the successful bidder upon inspecting the car here prior to picking up or shipping isn't completely satisfied you will NOT have to complete the purchase and your deposit will be refunded with no questions asked.
