Whoever buys this car will not be disappointed because I have taken meticulous care of her. This FX45 has all available options including the technology package which includes key-less entry, key-less ignition, voice-guided navigation, a built-in rear-view backup camera, and adaptive cruise control that adjusts the vehicle's speed based on traffic conditions. In addition, she has always been serviced at the Infiniti dealer since new, and I have all of the service records. The tires are nearly-new with 90% tread left and the front & rear pads & rotors were replaced within the past year. My fiancé Kate has driven this car since I bought it, and she really has babied it. As a matter of fact, she put me to work and had me wax it once per month which is why the paint has a mirror shine! Also, the car has never been smoked in. As with any car that is not brand new, she is not flawless. However, her flaws are very minor and hardly noticeable. See pictures for details. Note 1: After I posted the car for sale, I noticed that the "Autocheck" shows a minor accident on 9/17/08 where the prior owner had a "left rear impact with a parked vehicle" and "no damage [was] reported". I am surprised to see this considering that the CarFax came back clean on the car when I bought it. However, as you can see from the photos, I pointed out a small scratch on the left rear bumper that must be from this incident. The scratch is minimal and is hardly noticeable, and I will be happy to send you a much larger picture of any area of the car so you can inspect it in detail if you'd like. Note 2: Please email if you would like to see larger pictures of any part of the car. On Nov-01-10 at 16:22:44 PDT, seller added the following information:Note 3: Details on the pictures posted of the main blemishes the car has: a) There is a picture of a scratch on the front bumper near the fog light. There is also a small bump by the scratch. I asked the woman who I bought it from what happened, and she said she bumped into a cabinet in her garage. It's not very noticeable at all, so I bought the car anyway. b) There is a picture of some tears in the leather on the bottom side of the driver's seat near the power seat controls. These are the only tears in any of the leather in the car. They probably happened because that is the leather that gets the most wear when you get in and out of the car. I received a quote a while back from a local upholster to get it repaired, but I never got around to doing it. They said it would cost about $100 to replace that small patch of leather. c) The last picture is of a scratch on the rear bumper. See Note #1. This scratch isn't very noticeable either.
