1978 Suzuki GS

Up for sale is my 1978 Suzuki GS550E. This bike is in very good ORIGINAL condition with 19039 miles. Chrome is almost perfect for a 32 year old motorcycle. Can be tagged ANTIQUE!!! This was Suzuki's FIRST in-line 4 cyl engine. It's performance and durability has evolved into the sportbikes of today!!! Has 550 cc in-line 4 cyl...6 (six) speed transmission.....lights, signals, horn, hi-lo beam ALL work as they should. ALL RUBBER IS GOOD...NO DRY ROT!!! I have pics but could not get the to load to ebay.....email me for them. This bike will not disappoint!!! MINOR WORK COULD MAKE IT A great cafe racer!!!!! Bike was inspected last in May 2009....it has only had about 300 miles since then. Will need routine maintinence (I.e. carb service, air filters, brake fluid top off ect.) before its ridden regularly. The ONLY real trouble is the dent in the tank (SEE PICS) and it will need a clutch. Bike runs and drives but clutch is almost gone.
