1963 FORD FAIRLANE 2-DOOR. Because of an unsuccessful sale I am relisting this car. The owner has reconsidered and reduced his price. Please do not buy this car if you can't complete the transaction!!! I'm listing/ selling this nice 1963 Ford Fairlane for a good friend. I will describe it in detail so you know what your buying. ENGINE & DRIVETRAIN Year...1963 Make...Ford Model...Fairlane Body Style...2-Door Sedan Engine...1988 302 V8 2-bbl. Transmission...1965 Ford Top Loader 4-Speed Original Differental With Multi-Leaf Springs New Air Shocks New FlowMaster Exhaust All Matching Tires/ With Very Good Tread It Has Full Moon Hubcaps All the lights, turn signals, wipers, and heater work The steering & brakes work like they should. INTERIOR... The interior has bucket seats not original to the car but included is an original bench seat that needs upholstery. Dash is in nice original condition. No radio installed but an aftermarket stereo is included. The headliner is nice. Rear seat is original. The door panels are driver quality. Carpet was replaced. All glass is good Aftermarket gauges installed under dash. BODY... The car has an older paint job. I looks to be solid in the floors and also the trunk. The doors look solid inside as well as the door jambs & rocker panels. The frame and shock towers are in very nice condition. The grille & bumpers are presentable. I'd say this car was refinished more than 15-20 years ago in someone's garage. To make this a show quality car you would want to strip it down to bare metal and refinish it but it's cool looking now. It's presentable as it is and would make most Fairlane lovers happy to own it.
