5 Day Auction - No Reserve - Sold To The Highest Bidder! This is a very original & True 1968 Ford Mustang GT/CS. Sold new in Lemoore,CA at B & E Ford. This is a Authentic California Special that has spent it's entire life in California with it's original Black plate's. I do have a MartiAutoWorks report to prove it and have added in the ad. A very early 68' CS as it was produced February 16, 1968. The production on them was started mid-Febuary. Option's include 289-2V engine C-4 automatic with power steering. Factory Lime Gold with Ivy Gold interior. The body has been repainted once leaving the jamb's & trunk the original paint. Original Quarther's, undercarriage, trunk compartment & solid floorboard's. It does have some minor rust as you can see in the photo's. The interior is very much complete with it's stock am radio. It's all there but will need to be restored. The original 289-2V run's & drive's. I had the stock C-4 transmission just rebuilt with 25 mile's ago at Community Transmissions (12 month/12k Mile warranty). Had the original 2 barrel carb rebuilt, clean the fuel line's, new fuel pump & clean the gas tank. Drum brake's all around with power steering. This Mustang runs - shifts - stops just fine. Still has the original Lucas fog lights & fog light switch (working conditon). Overall, It's running 1968 Ford Mustang California Special project. Great car to leave in it's original conditon or restore back to "factory spec's". Miles have turned over once. Keep in mind, it's unrestored rather then a show piece.
