Vehicle Detail
2 FOR 1. Up for auction are two (2) 1968 Chargers. One 383 H code car, one 318 F code car. One has a clear Ohio title, one has a bill of sale. Both have VINs and tags. Will NOT sell cars separate - it's a package deal. Both cars combined will make one awsome car or order a new title and make two separate cars and quadruple your money. First, the RT cloned 318 Charger has been in my name for the last 15 years with clear title. The car still starts, runs, and stops (has brakes) but the frame is bad all over, to the point where it would need a rotisserie job to save or a lot of welding. With these cars will also come a complete front frame rail (see pictures) included in auction. This car is 100% complete, minus the bumper jack and radio. This car has 78,000 original miles. Mint door panels, rear panels, dash cluster, and mint rear wheel well moldings. Also has a mint front grill, seat belts, etc. Again, 100% complete. All stainless in good shape. Will also throw in a new headliner. Both cars have bows. The doors are solid underneth,The trunk floor pan is in great shape.Deck lid is stright and very solid, very minor repair needed to be perfect .The front driver's floor pan would need replaced on this car. The lights and turnsignals work but the hidden headlights have to be put up manually. The bumpers on car are straight but need re-chromed. The car has never been in an accident as far as I can tell. Has very straight body lines. Has an 8 3/4 rear end. Has factory rally rims. Wiper motor works. Has power steering, power brakes and a mint buddy seat. Does need body work. The paint is enamal and cracked bad. Was painted a black cherry color. All glass intact. All windowswork. You could possibly drive this car home, it has been over a year since I have driven it for more than 50 miles though. And since the last start, it has a lifter tick in it. Which I think will clear out but I don't know. It has RT badges on grill and on the rear of car, but it is not a real RT. Again, car sold as a set and as is. The frame is shot but could be restored. Both these cars have rust free and stright front and rear valances! So much money in the factory parts! The second car is a H Code 383, 330 hp.sold with bill of sale,no title. The Charger has rock solid floor pans. The frame is near mint. One dog leg needs a weld, 2" x 2" plate to fix. Otherwise, rock solid frame. It has a Dana rear end, a 727 transmission. Was told it was built up. Don't know with what. It does not run. The number 5 cylinder lost compression. The motor is apart but in vehicle. It has an Edlebrock intake and a 650 Holly carbeurator. Comes with headers. The brakes work. This car has a fiberglass/plastic hood and fenders. Has real bumpers that are straight. Has a '68 Coronet grill. A roll cage and racing seat are in this car. This Charger does however come with factory front seat tracks for both front seats and they work! No original door panels, they are sheet metalled in. But all glass, window cranks, and locks are still there, intact, and in working condition. Has a good dash cluster, good deck lid. The black dash pad is mint with no cracks. The stainless is good. Has good, clean rear lenses. Both cars have good wiring harnesses inside and out. This car has power steering and power brakes. No original seatbelts and only one racing seat. You can see If you put both of these cars together - the interior and front clip on the H Code - you have everything you need to make a Solid factory $20,000 + Charger. Then sell the shel for $4000.on ebay or rebuild both. Again, if you order a new title there are several companies out there for $300 will check vin and send you a title and even new plates, then rebuild both, you could make $40,000 +. Again, both cars are being sold together and will NOT be separated. Nor will parts be sold separate. I will fix them myself if they do not sell. Not after trades. Both cars are being sold as is. If you have any questions, call me at 330-212-8155 (Dave). We all know what there worth in parts alone, and what they sell for finished and in this condition.Do the math this is a deal factory parts! Who knows maybe you have a charger now and want 3 of them. All Stainless is there on both Chargers! A $500 deposit is due at end of auction, via paypal. The balance is due within 3 days of end of auctions. No exceptions! Cash or wire transfer from bank to bank. May be able to help with delivery to your door for an additional fee. These are being sold as restorable classics, not daily drivers. But I do think you could drive the 318 RT Clone home, less than 100 miles with no problems. But I can make no guarantees as it hasn't been driven for well over a year and needs restored. Thanks and good luck on your bids!On Oct-20-10 at 06:13:41 PDT, seller added the following information: Hello,Lowerd my reserve to $9,750.Any ??? call me.330-212-8155 Dave
