  This 1980 300TD could be a bit of history. It does have over 510, 700 miles on it. I drive it every day to work and back. The Diesel is still getting over 25 MPG.  MY friend the last owner put over 400,000 miles on it in the 25 years it was his daily driver. In the early 90s he had a crate engine and new transmission installed. Then he had the complete interior and exterior done in all Mercedes original parts. The upholstery and carpeting is all Mercedes Benz original stock. The engine and transmission have about 250,000 miles or more on them. The engine does not leak.  Car drives very nice. It is in need of rear Hydraulic shocks as one is leaking and it needs rear axels I hearing a clicking noise from the axels. Rebuilt axels are $150 each and new hydraulic shocks are about  $ 300 each. The power windows all work, clock, odometer speed odometer all work. All gauges work! The AC heater and blower fan, and Rear Wiper are NOT working.   Brakes rotors calipers all new Due to my careless neighbor the front fender is damaged. Rust is just starting to appear on the damaged front fender and spots are beginning to show up around the windows.  It will probably be 10 years before they turn into holes.
