1959 F100 Style side short bed. Over all the truck is in great shape. It has minimum rust and in the usual places. 223 engine starts and runs great. Looks to have been overhauled recently. Rocker arms, arm shaft and lifters are all new which makes for the quietest 223 I've every heard. Clutch was replace recently on three speed column shift tranny. 9 inch rear. Rebuilt carb. Rebuilt suspension to include new shocks, leaf springs and tie rod ends on the steering link. Tires and wheels have almost no miles but do have age (truck was in storage). Have a nice bench seat but haven't installed yet. The buckets in it are just place there but it's buyers choice. The bad, the steering is feels like a 52year old, the tailgate is rough, the master cylinder works but has a link, paints gotten old and the drivers side bed needs better repair. Last offer I got was $2500. All bids will be considered. If someone is wanting a ready hot rod, I do have a 302 bored .030 with flat top coated pistons, mildly ported heads, coated shorty headers, RPM intake, roller E303 cam that was pro built but never installed. A deal could be worked for that engine installed and I may be able to have it straightened and painted as well. Just want to be clear on the glass because the pictures don't show well. Windshield is cracked on both sides but does not obscure view. All side glass is cracked. Rear glass is fine. Have priced out windshield ($160) and big side glass ($50). There is even one company that makes a custom kit that allows you to delete the vent glass and have one solid glass that roles up and down if you want something tricked. Just wished the made one for my '64. On Oct-16-10 at 21:30:36 PDT, seller added the following information:Have decided to give the buyer the option to take the tail gate from my '63 if they want it (yup, same style). That gate is by no means perfect but it is better. I'll just build a monster gate for the other truck as I don't care if it's stock. My even have a lead on a very nice gate but that would by a separate deal.
