I bought this Rancehero as a project for my brother and me. Unfortuntely, he just passed away. This is a California original over 100,000 mile Ranchero. It is the deluxe Squire model with factory AC, AM/FM radio automatic, ps and pdb. It has the 400 2bbl engine. When was the last time you saw an orange ford? The interior looks good. The dash does have some cracks. Now, when I say it is a project, it has a rod knocking and the 2 bbl carb only works on one barrell. The trans dipstick goy knocked off and it lost its fluid. I did drive it to the spot where it is now. I acquired new front springs and shocks, an NOS front bumper and a set of refurbed taillights. It is missing the moulding aling the top of the tailgate. The wood on the sides is all faded away. It does have a trailer hitch. The Ranchero will have to be towed away as the rod makes a lot of racket , The registration is current as a non-operational vehicle. As I do not have the heart to complete the project anymore, I will start the bidding at $100.00 with no reserve.
